In 1992, the CEO left a prestigious sales job in the USA to establish PC Data Imaging Systems in India, offering imaging solutions globally. The company expanded rapidly, securing a major contract for a document management system and launching a sister company, PC Data Entry Services. Eventually, PC Data Imaging Systems transformed into Mindmill Software Limited.
In 1996, Mindmill impressed a Japanese delegation by swiftly developing a complex driver, setting a precedent for taking on challenging projects with tight deadlines. The company's success attracted numerous clients, making it a model for others in the industry.
Mindmill maintained a reputation for meeting deadlines and retaining clients, leading to continuous growth since 1993. It progressed from a small office to a grand 150,000 sq ft headquarters at Mindmill Corporate Tower in Noida. Starting with only one employee in 1993, Mindmill expanded its workforce to over 150 full-time employees stationed in its headquarters and other global locations by 2009. The company serves clients across 17 countries on different continents.
Mindmill earned certifications such as ISO 9001:2000 in 1998 and SEI CMMi level 5 in 2010. It became a member of prestigious groups like Microsoft Gold Certified Partners.
